Just like every person who comes to Mumbai, I entered the city with dreams bigger than my hometown, determined to build something of my own. As a girl who grew up in Chhattisgarh, I always knew I wanted to make a place for myself-build something that was mine. So when I became a part of this industry- I started identifying the gaps where my skills could become my service. Back in 2018, I was friends with several influencers, and I noticed something interesting - the brands were finding it tough to directly connect with creators for campaigns and would instead reach out to mutual friends — people like me — to make that connection happen.
That’s where it all started.
I became the bridge that the brands and the influencers needed. I started managing conversations, coordinating campaigns, and making sure both sides saw value. Bringing brands and campaigns is one thing, but I wanted to connect like minded individuals, create campaigns that were not just valuable but also impactful. Brands have stories and influencers are storytellers-I became the medium that brought them together.
I didn’t have an agency then, just my phone, a laptop, and the will to make it work.
That was one day and today is another.
For six years, I worked from home. All on my own, with no team, no office, but the guts to make my dreams come true with nothing but pure hustle.
And today, that hustle has grown into Social Half — a passion project. A full-fledged agency built from scratch. We manage talents, run high-impact campaigns, and help brands find their true voice in the digital world. We place the pieces of the puzzle together.
From a small-town girl to a founder in Mumbai - this is just the beginning of the story I am turning into an epic.

Jyoti Jain
Coming from a strong background in event management, I’ve always believed deeply in the power of execution and the magic of memorable experiences. Early in my journey, I had the opportunity to watch a close relative — who would later become my co-founder — build meaningful connections in the influencer and digital marketing space. Seeing the way they nurtured relationships and created opportunities in a fast-evolving industry sparked something in me. I realized there was potential for something much bigger if we combined our strengths and visions.
With that thought, we decided to formally establish Social Half — a space where creativity, strategy, and flawless event execution could come together seamlessly. It felt like a natural extension of everything we were passionate about: building authentic experiences, connecting people, and helping brands make a real impact.
My background in managing large-scale events gave me a strong foundation. I’ve always been detail-oriented, deeply invested in every experience I create, and passionate about helping brands tell their stories in ways that people can truly feel. Those same values have guided me throughout Social Half’s journey and have helped shape the agency into what it is today.
As a co-founder, I currently lead the event and experiential marketing verticals. For me, it’s not just about planning an event or launching a campaign — it’s about creating moments that linger, experiences that spark emotion, and memories that strengthen the bond between a brand and its audience. Every project is an opportunity to push boundaries, to innovate, and to deliver something extraordinary.
Looking back, I feel incredibly proud of how far we’ve come — and even more excited about where we’re headed. With every event, every campaign, and every partnership, I’m reminded why I started: because I believe the best brands aren’t just seen; they’re felt.
